Project Permit is gaining momentum, with another recapture in the Florida Keys – the 29″ permit was tagged in August by Wallis Higginbotham and recaptured in January by Jon Milchman, both times in the Content Keys, and swam away healthy both times. Project Permit is also moving along well in Mexico and Belize, where close to 200 permit have already been tagged. BTT is collaborating with the conservation group Amigos de Sian Ka’an in Mexico.
