Palolo Worm Mayhem

Tarpon fishing in the Florida Keys in search for the world famous Palolo Worm hatch is something many salt water fly anglers would love to experience.

Catching a giant tarpon on a fly is a pretty tough thing to do but when the worms hatch there can be so many fish around and that the odds of getting into some action are really good.

Sometimes the worm action can be so intense that you can be lucky enough to get a double and keep them on.  In this picture my good buddy Jeff Hickman and I are doubled up on triple digit tarpon.  Both fish have found deep water and are taking every action to stay down and deep.

It doesn't get any better then this!
