It is with deep sorrow that we announce the loss of a friend and contributor who did so much to spread the joy of fly fishing to everyone—especially with women, children, breast cancer survivors, and those suffering from substance addictions. Becca Sue Klein passed away Tuesday, Jan. 21 after a lengthy battle with breast cancer.

Click the following links to read about her efforts in improving water quality on Georgia’s Chattahoochee River or how she helped create the group Reeling in Serenity. A story on the Becca Sue Klein All Kids Fish program is complete and will be in Fly Fisherman magazine on newsstands March 3, 2025.

We’re asking people to make a memorial gift in Becca’s name to Chattahoochee Riverkeeper. Click here to donate: https://chattahoochee.org/donate/.
