Bonefishing, Bahamas and Conch Salad

Bonefishing, Bahamas and Conch Salad

Louis Cahill Photo

I am just returning from another successful Bahamas Bonefishing School at Andros South Bonefishing Lodge with my good buddy Louis Cahill. Louis hosts the famous Gink and Gasoline Fly Fishing Blog and posted a recipe for the best conch salad on the earth. Any angler that has been to the Bahamas to fish for bones has tried this great Bahamian dish. Check it out!
