California Steelhead - Coastal Chrome

California Steelhead - Coastal Chrome
Redwood Hike

After being spoiled with a once in a lifetime Argentina trip, I had the swinging fly addiction in full force.. And there's nothing like the winter months and chasing California Steelhead. The fish tend to be the biggest in the state and are straight in from the ocean making them incredibly hot!

This year we've had unusually low rainfall totals, which had made this a banner season with more fishable days than normal years.

Here are some highlights from this year's season!
