Eleven Experience's Chad Pike Honored with BTT Lefty Kreh Conservation Award

Chad Pike was recently bestowed with the prestigious Lefty Kreh Award for Lifetime Achievement in Conservation by the Bonefish & Tarpon Trust (BTT) during their 12th Annual NYC Dinner & Awards Ceremony on October 10. The award signifies his unwavering commitment to the cause of preserving our natural world and his substantial contributions to various fish and wildlife organizations, with a particular focus on supporting BTT's mission. According to the organization’s website, it is given to individuals who demonstrate “an enduring commitment to the conservation of bonefish, tarpon and permit–the species, their habitats and the larger fisheries they comprise–through leadership, innovation, education, advocacy and support.”

Jim McDuffie, President and CEO of BTT, expressed his admiration for Chad's exceptional leadership within the conservation community.

“This is a well-deserved recognition for Chad’s leadership across the conservation community, from his role as Chairman of the North Atlantic Salmon Fund and as a board member of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to his longstanding commitment to Bonefish & Tarpon Trust,” McDuffie said.

Pike boasts an impressive portfolio that includes the establishment and ownership of Eleven Experience, a global enterprise specializing in immersive travel experiences. He also serves as the Chairman of the Grassy Creek Foundation, an organization that is fervently committed to the vital causes of environmental conservation, wildlife protection, and innovative approaches to education.

Beyond his conservation efforts, Chad Pike is a passionate angler, and his contributions were celebrated during the awards ceremony. The event was graced by notable personalities, including Monte Burke, a New York Times best-selling author, and included a moving tribute to the late Jimmy Buffett from renowned writer Thomas McGuane, CNBC's Steve Liesman and celebrated chef Tom Colicchio.

Previous recipients include Tom Brokaw and philanthropist Julian H. Robertson, Jr.

In honor of Chad Pike's contributions, he has also been inducted into BTT's Circle of Honor, which be commemorated at the Florida Keys History & Discovery Center in Islamorada, Florida.
