The new season of Fly Fusion TV is set to debuted February 16 at 9 p.m. ET exclusively on World Fishing Network (WFN), presented by Scientific Anglers, Skwala, St. Croix, and Yeti. Season 4, entitled “Legendary Waters with Legendary Anglers,” features Fly Fusion magazine Founding Editor Derek Bird alongside a plethora of well-known fly anglers, weaving a narrative that captures the essence of fly fishing through storytelling and cinematography. The full six-episode season will also air on the Outdoor Channel on April 6 from 6 to 9 p.m. ET.

Bird will be joined by writer and conservationist Kirk Deeter, writer and guide Paul Bruun, pro angler and guide Paula Shearer, angling legend Mike Dawes, Master Casting Instructor and Fly Fusion Field Editor Jeff Wagner, and former Director of Fish & Wildlife, John F. Turner. Veteran television and film producer, RA Beattie, of Beattie Outdoor Productions filmed the show.

“If you’ve joined us over the last three seasons you’ve experienced some epic western Canadian fly-fishing adventures,” Bird said in a press release. “If you’re new to Fly Fusion, this season we’re going to start off on my home waters in the Kootenays. Then, we’re going to travel south to explore the streams of the famed American West. I invite you to join me on a journey of learning and discovery, where I meet up with some of North America’s most knowledgeable fly anglers, along the banks of some of North America’s most iconic trout rivers.”

Fly Fusion also announced its “Trout Tour” in association with the International Fly Fishing Film Festival, which will feature films from award-winning filmmakers Gilbert Rowley, Phil Tuttle, The Braker Bros, Todd Moen, RA Beattie and Fly Fusion Films at events at local theaters. It will also feature Episode 1 of Season 4 of Fly Fusion TV. Shows have been announced for Denver, Calgary, Sundance, Utah, Bozeman, Salt Lake City, and more. Click here for the full schedule
