Ivan Neymour ' A Bahamian Bonefishing Legend

Ivan Neymour ' A Bahamian Bonefishing Legend

In remembrance of Ivan Neymour I have included this really cool picture of Ivan guiding in the Bahamas. Ivan guided out of Tranquility Hill Lodge on North Andros Island Bahamas. Tranquility Hill Lodge is located on North shore of the North Bight right around the corner from the famous Andros Island Bonefish Club

This area of the Bahamas is known for its large bonefishing. In the winter months the North Bight offers shots and 10 plus pounds bones. Many fly anglers have fished out of this area in search for huge bones on a fly. For over 40 years Ivan guided these waters and it is hard to believe that anyone would have more experience guiding these waters then him. Ivan will be missed in the fly fishing world for sure.
