Scientific Anglers Tippet Rings

Scientific Anglers Tippet Rings

Line-to-line connections like the blood knot are difficult and time consuming. It’s faster and easier to use a tippet ring to add the final tippet section to your leader. This junction is stronger than a blood knot, and a tippet ring also makes it easier to replace the terminal tippet when you break it off. Tippet Rings come in two sizes, 2 mm (17-pound-test) and 3 mm (26-pound-test. There are ten rings per package. $10 | scientificanglers.com
